Interaction of enaminesof tetrahydropyridin-4-one and α,β-unsaturated acid chlorides

Abstract

The interaction of N-tosyl-4-pyrrolidinyl-1,2,4,-tetrahydropyridine with acryloyl chloride and the methyl ester of 3-chloroformylacrylic acid was investigated. In addition to acylated derivatives of tetrahydropyridin-4-one, the methyl ester of 3-N-tosyl-3-aza-8,9-dioxo-bicyclo[3.1.1]nonane-6-carboxylic acid was obtained.
